Night Time in the Neighborhood

I was taking the dog for a brisk night walk in the neighborhood, and while crossing a bridge for pedestrians, I noticed that the full moon provided some extra natural lighting. I also noticed some early night routines of the neighbors such as another person walking his dog, and someone returning from the grocery store. I used the Canon Powershot II for this picture, and increased the ISO to fully capture the image in low light. I assume the picture was rejected due to overexposure.
